The atmosphere is heavily polluted, and also the natural tree cover, which could have been the natural recovery mechanism, has been cleared at an alarming rate and a degree leading to catastrophic subsequences those impact all living beings, and ecosystems.   Industrial and other gaseous waste emitted by the world human activities, and the reduction of the natural tree cover in the last few centuries are the root causes, underline causes, and immediate causes that contribute to the problem or the need that the project intents to address.   The proposed project has identified that the best tree cover type to bind atmospheric carbon is mangroves, and the major land type available for a tree planting scheme is lagoons. The project will collect three million seeds from numerous mother plants and will plant them in selected lagoons with the direct and dynamic involvement of rural Civil Organizations in each planting range. Plants planted will be very closely monitored and cared for sixteen months since planting.   On the other hand, the project proposes Re-forestry or analog forestry in vast vacant land terrains, if extents of vacant land terrains are available.   The proposed project expect to achieve the objectives of clean carbon in the atmosphere, restoring lagoon-associated ecosystems, and providing rural communities with immediate and long-lasting financial benefits. Under this project it has planned to achieve highly carbon bonding green cover, better lively hood and food security, a barrier against environmental hazards, and over 1000 new employment opportunities, within the project period of 10 years.
